Wah lama nya rasa tak mengupdate fp ni...bukannya sbb takde more creation (Means my kek la) utk diletakkan di sini tapi sbb sangat le kemalasan utk mengupload photos di sini..

to all my existing and repeat customer, thanks so much for your endless support (u know who u are)... basically for this 2008, i would like to introduce more cakes n packages...(yang ni kita buat slow slow ye) ... hehheh...
Just a small anouncement : Harga barang2 baking byk dah naik, thus i might need to change my price, however i will make sure it is still affordable... Delivery pulak, I would really really appreciate if you can pick cakes from my house (Sri Kembangan) or office (Cyberjaya)..kalau nak mintak delivery, di sekitar putrajaya or Cyberjaya will be free of charge..yang jauh sket...i will charge at minimal cost (just to cover my toll and fuel sikit)...

Echa, thanks for your support on whatever am doing now... i was really busy last weekend but to reject her order and trust is something a bgig no to me...Echa wanted to give something to her sister. Echa told me that her sister really like it so much.... and Echa, i hope u like it too.. thanks for trusting mw, i will keep learning and exploring to bake nicer and more beautiful cup cakes ye....

First attempt of cheese cake

Got this recipe from mama fami http://mamafami.fotopages.com/ .. i love the cake, same goes to everyone in the family...easy to prepare and very delicous also fattening...hehehhe enjoice!!!
PEACH CHEESE CAKE
Ingredients :
Base
20pcs Marie biscuit
150g butter
Filling
2 bars (500g) Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
3 peach halves ~ diced
Method :
Base
1. Crush the biscuit. If you like it fine, then roll using a rolling pin.
2. Add in butter and mix well. Mixture must not be too dry or too wet.
3. Line the tray with aluminium foil. Press the base onto the aluminium foil.
4. Put in the fridge while preparing the filling.
5. Boil the water in the steamer.
Filling
1. Beat Philadelphia Cream Cheese.
2. Add in sugar. If you prefer sweet, you can add more sugar, ex 1 mug instead of 1 cup.
3. Add in vanilla essence. Mix well.
4. Add in the diced peaches.
5. Pour the mixture onto the base.
6. Cover the baking pan with aluminium foil.
7. Steam for 45 minutes.
8. Remove from heat and let it cool. Keep in the fridge for at least 2 hours before cutting. The longer the better.
9. Enjoy!
